Please fill out the application below as thoroughly and accurately as possible. We will respond quickly to let you know what we have available that best matches your family's needs. If you are accepted as an approved home for one of our puppies, a $300 non-refundable deposit will reserve your puppy until it is available for pick up. Please do not place a deposit without first receiving confirmation that your application has been accepted, as our demand for a puppy is often far greater than our supply. We do not ship our puppies. If you are out of state, you are welcome to drive. If you fly, we can meet you at the Indianapolis Airport. We are sometimes able to offer delivery of your puppy for an additional fee- if interested in this option, please put notes in your application that you would like pricing for this based on your location.
